JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Design Management - MEP Service:
- Read and understand the design documents provided by consultants, contractors at the design stages of the construction development project
- Coordinate with consultants to prepare, provide Mechanical and Electrical design documents, explain the Mechanical and Electrical system that meet the requirements of the project
- Communicate, contact with related parties such as consultants, contractors, Board of Directors, government agencies, relevant departments to clarify the issues, requirements of the project
- Evaluate the Mechanical and Electrical design ideas for the construction project that are consistent with the design ideas of other disciplines, design groups
- Propose value engineering solutions for the project in order to have most optimal and feasible design
- Evaluate, test the models simulating all the working processes, possible behaviors of the components of the Mechanical and Electrical system, the overall system under all operating situations
- Analyze the results obtained from the models to determine and confirm the Mechanical and Electrical configuration of the project
- Calculate and check all the components of the Mechanical and Electrical system to meet all the requirements set out according to the standards and regulations of design
- Deploy in detail the architecture, layout arrangements for all components of the mechanical and electrical system that meet the requirements set out according to the standards and regulations of design, serving the implementation of the construction project development
- Review, evaluate the changes in the design, construction of the Mechanical and Electrical system. Ensure that these changes do not affect the safety, quality and progress of the project implementation
- Manage the design documents provided and the Mechanical and Electrical design documents performed by individual members, design team
- Supervise, evaluate the implementation of the construction work of the Mechanical and Electrical system
- Train and hand over the Mechanical and Electrical system to the operation department after completing the construction
- Be responsible for preparing, checking and handing over the Mechanical and Electrical system documents to the operation department after completing the construction.
2. Other Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Work with others stakeholder of the projects
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
HIRING CRITERIA:
1. Education and Experience:
- Education level: Equivalent to university level or higher in mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronic, refrigeration engineering
- Have a Certificate of Practice in mechanical and electrical items (preferred)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in equivalent position
- Communication and negotiation skills
- People management skills
- Good presentation and problem-solving skills
- Reputable, honest and agile
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to withstand high pressure in work, can go on business trips when required.
2. Other Requirements:
- Proficient in using design software such as Project, Revit, Autocad… and other specialized software
- Ability to communicate in basic English.
