JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Project Management:
- Responsible from the project concept stage to the completion of the construction and put into operation
- Directly manage all activities of the project at the site. Responsible to the Board of Directors for the progress and effectiveness of the assigned work
- Understand, analyze and evaluate the current situation of the project implementation and grasp the project implementation processes to plan the project management and control
- Manage the cost of the entire project, plan the cost, control the internal construction estimate. Control the cost implementation, minimize the loss / arising cost during the project implementation. Ensure that the project costs are paid in accordance with the budget management process of the accounting and auditing department of the Company
- Perform the preparation, checking, monitoring of administrative procedures to implement the project in accordance with the current regulations of the state. Represent the Board of Directors to communicate with the state authorities in the arising work during the project implementation
- Assign, supervise, urge the implementation of the plan of the project management board. Coordinate team members to implement the project, supervise the positions to ensure the progress of work. Manage the coordination between different internal departments (Project Planning, Project Legal, Project Design, Operation, Education, Accounting)
- Prepare bidding documents, select contractors
- Control the progress, cost, quality and compliance of the contract terms of the contractor, consultant and supplier partners
- Monitor, evaluate, report the level of implementation and completion of the construction progress of the contractors. Propose solutions and timely adjustments in case of delays to ensure the project is completed on schedule
- Prepare, check, manage the plan and conditions to conduct experiments, testing and commissioning, acceptance to match the overall progress of the project
- Check, supervise, urge the preparation and implementation of construction measures to ensure the work safety, environmental sanitation and fire and explosion prevention of the contractors
- Check the plan, manage the training process of the contractors who train, guide the operation and transfer the technology of the contractors to the operation department
- Review, evaluate the changes in design, construction, procurement of materials, equipment, occupational safety, environmental sanitation and fire prevention and fighting, testing and acceptance and handover of the project, operation training … Ensure that these changes do not affect the safety, quality and progress of the project implementation
- Manage all risks related to the project
- Synthesize, evaluate as a basis for advising the Board of Directors to solve the problems, arising related to affect the quality, progress and investment efficiency of the project
- Synthesize periodic reports as required by the Board of Directors and evaluate the project implementation results.
2. Design Management - Civil and Structure Service:
- Read and understand the design documents provided by consultants, contractors for the structural design of the construction development project
- Coordinate with consultants to provide structural design documents, explain the structure that meet the requirements of the project
- Communicate, contact with related parties such as consultants, contractors, Board of Directors, government agencies, relevant departments to clarify the issues related to civil and structure requirements of the project
- Manage the design documents provided and the structural design documents performed by individual members, design team.
- Be responsible for preparing, checking and handing over the structural system documents to the operation department after completing the construction
- Be responsible for preparing the maintenance plan, supervising the warranty maintenance of the contractor for the structural item during the warranty period of the project.
3. Other Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Ensure safety for the Company’s employees participating on site
- Work with others Stakeholder of the projects
- Perform other ah-hoc tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
HIRING CRITERIA:
1. Education and Experience:
- Education level: Equivalent to university level or higher in architecture, construction
- Have a Project Management Certificate (preferred)
- Have a certificate of practice in structural / architectural items (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in equivalent position
- Communication and negotiation skills
- People management skills to deploy work effectively
- Presentation and problem-solving skills
- Ethical qualities: reputable, honest, agile
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to withstand high pressure in work, can go on business trips when required
- Understand the design of disciplines: architecture, structure, MEP, landscape, …
2. Other Requirements:
- Proficient in using design software such as Project, Revit, Autocad… and other specialized software.
- Ability to communicate well in English( both written and verbal).
