Job Description

Job Purpose

  1. The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for both local employees and international teaching staff, overseeing expatriate administration and relocation support, and providing operational support for compensation and benefits activities.
  2. This role is particularly suited to HR professionals with experience in international schools or multinational environments, who possess strong knowledge of expatriate employment procedures, including visas, work permits, temporary residence cards, and employee onboarding.

Job Criteria

Education

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Education Management, or a related discipline.
  2. Knowledge of British educational standards and international school operations is desirable.


Experience

  1. Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in an international school, international education institution, or multinational organization.
  3. Proven experience recruiting both local employees and international teachers.
  4. Demonstrated experience managing expatriate employees and immigration processes.
  5. Hands-on experience processing:
  6. Work Permits
  7. Entry Visas
  8. Temporary Residence Cards (TRC)
  9. Visa renewals and compliance procedures
  10. Experience working within British Curriculum Schools, Cambridge Schools, COBIS-accredited institutions, or international education environments is highly preferred.


Language Skills

  1. Excellent written and spoken English.
  2. Ability to communicate effectively with international staff, and external stakeholders.


Technical Skills

  1. Strong recruitment and talent acquisition expertise.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor regulations.
  3. Solid understanding of expatriate employment and immigration procedures.
  4. Experience coordinating visa and work permit applications independently.
  5. Proficiency Microsoft Office applications.
