Job Criteria
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised academic institution.
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, QTS or equivalent).
- Strong pedagogical knowledge of early childhood education.
- Understanding of UK safeguarding and child protection protocols.
- Demonstrable commitment to professional development.
- Strong ICT and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting pupils of all abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience in UK Independent Schools or British International settings.
- Knowledge of international EY accreditation or inspection frameworks.
- Experience with educational technology such as iPads.
