Education, Skills, Training and Qualifications

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and a relevant degree
2. Proven, successful experience teaching within Key Stage 2 in a British Curriculum school
3. Experience of using data to raise standards and improve pupil outcomes
4. Desirable: Experience leading a subject or initiative across a key stage

Skill and Knowledge

1. Experience of supporting pupils of all abilities to make excellent progress
2. Comfortable working as part of a team
3. Experience of, or a clear understanding of UK Independent Schools and/or British International Education
