Job Purpose
- To work alongside the expatriate classroom teacher to inspire, encourage, and empower pupils to achieve their very best.
- The Teaching Assistant will support the delivery of a holistic British-style education, contribute to the teaching of Vietnamese language and culture, and help create a warm, engaging, and high-expectation learning environment.

Job Criteria
Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, Linguistics or related field)
- Qualified Teacher Status in Vietnam (or equivalent local teaching qualification)
Desirable
- PGCE, PGDE or international teaching qualification TEFL/CELTA
Experience
Essential
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting
Desirable
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or co-teacher in an international school
- Experience working alongside expatriate teachers
Language Skills
Essential
- Excellent spoken and written English (minimum CEFR B2/C1 or equivalent)
- Native or near-native Vietnamese language ability
Desirable
- Experience working or studying in a Western/English-speaking environment
Skill
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, email, online learning)
- Ability to lead extra-curricular activities (sports, arts, music, STEM, etc.)
