Job Description

Job Purpose

The Director of Inclusion is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and leading an inclusive culture that enables every student at Uppingham Hung Yen to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

Reporting directly to the Headmistress, the Director of Inclusion will provide strategic leadership for inclusion across the whole school from Foundation Stage through to Sixth Form. As a founding leader of a growing British international school, the Director of Inclusion will play a pivotal role in establishing systems, policies and support structures that will underpin the school's development from its current phase through to a full FS1-Year 13 school, including future boarding provision.
