The Head of Technology and Digital Strategy is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the development and implementation of a progressive and innovative whole-school vision for digital learning, educational technology and artificial intelligence across Uppingham Hung Yen.

Reporting directly to the Headmistress, the postholder will provide strategic leadership for digital innovation across the school, ensuring that technology enhances teaching, learning, assessment, communication and operational effectiveness. Working collaboratively with school leaders, teachers and operational teams, the successful candidate will champion a culture of innovation whilst ensuring that technology is implemented thoughtfully, ethically and in ways that improve outcomes for students and staff.

Alongside these strategic responsibilities, the postholder will teach ICT and Computing within the Senior School, initially working with students in Years 7–9 and supporting the future development of GCSE Computer Science and related qualifications as the Senior School expands.
